About Jaz
Jaz Gill is an award-winning writer, poet and lyricist. She loves to collaborate with others and share collective talents. Jaz has written song lyrics for multiple music genres, including gospel, pop, R and B, and rock.
In 2014, Jaz became a published poet, and since then, has been featured in numerous anthologies worldwide. In 2017 Jaz co-published the #1 Amazon bestselling inspirational poetry-art book collaboration “True Grace”, with amazing artist Rita Koivunen.
Jaz is currently working internationally with various recording artists and music producers to create new music. In 2022, Jaz will release her first album in collaboration with recording artist Kmax and multi-platinum award winning music producer Mixxproduction.
Jaz also supports the Independent Film industry as an executive producer. Award winning feature film “Roads of Ithriyah" received five nominations for the 2022 BC Leo Film awards. It is the first film to feature her lyrics with the single “Roads”. The new feature film "Dhil Rakh" set to release in 2022 will feature two singles in the movie score. Jaz is passionate about sharing the written word and collaborating with others to create new music.

In December of 2018, lyricist and executive producer Jaz Gill, connected with Kmax, when the two decided they were a perfect musical match to bring some of her greatest lyrics to life. Shortly after, Jaz and Kmax contacted Los Angeles music producers Mixx and Met James, when they recorded Kmax’s first professional single, "Will You," in March of 2019.
